What to Expect When You Order From RussTactical
If this is your first order with us, here's exactly what happens — no guesswork, no surprises.
Shipping Times
We ship replica gear worldwide, and because of that, transit times are longer than a same-week Amazon order — we'd rather tell you that upfront than have you wonder where your package is.
- Standard (US): 12–28 business days, free.
- Express (US): 8–15 business days, $25.77 — free on orders over $200.
- Economy (International): 8–24 business days.
See our full breakdown of thresholds in How Our Free Shipping Thresholds Work, and if you're ordering from outside the US, check Ordering from Outside the US for customs info.
Sizing Help
Uniforms and sized gear are the easiest thing to get wrong on a first order. Before you check out, run your height, weight, and waist against our sizing guide — it takes two minutes and saves you a size-exchange headache later.
If you do end up with the wrong size, it's not the end of the road — see Ordered the Wrong Size? Here's How Returns Work for our 30-day return policy on sized gear.
Order Confirmation & Updates
Every order gets a confirmation email as soon as it's placed. Once payment clears on our end, we get it packed up and shipped, and you'll get tracking as soon as it's on the way. If anything about your order needs a quick check on our side — a color substitution, a stock question — we'll reach out directly before shipping rather than guessing.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why does shipping take longer than other stores?
We ship internationally and prioritize getting the right item to you over rushing a shortcut that risks the wrong gear showing up. Express shipping is available if timing matters more to you than cost.
What if I need to change my order after placing it?
Reply to your confirmation email as soon as possible — the earlier you reach out, the more we can usually do before it ships.
Is this gear real military equipment?
No — everything we sell is replica gear built for airsoft, milsim, reenactment, and cosplay use. None of it is rated for ballistic protection. See who our gear is built for for more on that.
Final Thoughts
Most first-order hesitation comes down to not knowing what to expect — hopefully this clears it up. If you still have questions before ordering, reach out through our contact page and we'll get back to you.
