Return Policy

30-Day Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at hugobilan4@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return. If you have questions about whether a specific item qualifies, get in touch before ordering.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification, as long as the item is unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
