How to Build a Winter-Ready Replica Loadout

Cold-weather games punish a loadout that isn't built for the temperature. Here's how to layer a replica kit that holds up when it's freezing out.

Start With a Warm Base

Whatever you build on top, start from a warm base layer. Our Under Shirts are designed to sit comfortably under armor and uniforms without adding bulk under your plate carrier.

Choose a Cold-Weather Uniform

For genuinely cold conditions, the Uniform "Parka" and Uniform "Parka FG" in our Parkas collection are built for insulation and wind resistance. The VKBO Uniform "Winter" is another strong option if you want a uniform cut specifically for the cold rather than a general-purpose piece. If you'd rather layer a shell over an existing uniform, a Oversuit works well over a Gorka or standard uniform.

Keep Your Extremities Covered

Cold hands and feet end a game faster than anything else. Pair your build with insulated gloves and a solid pair of boots — the Boots "Spetsnaz" hold up well in wet, cold conditions compared to a lighter summer boot.

Don't Skip Knee Protection

Winter terrain means more slipping and kneeling on hard, cold ground. Add a set of Knee Pads to the build before you head out.

Put It All Together

Use our Build Your Loadout tool to layer a parka or Gorka, base layer, boots, gloves, and knee pads into one complete winter-ready kit.
