Complete Loadouts Explained: Conscript vs Razvedchik vs Contractor

Building a loadout piece by piece takes time — and it's easy to end up with mismatched gear. If you'd rather get a complete, coordinated kit in one order, Russ Tactical offers three complete loadout bundles. Here's what's actually in each one, so you can pick the right tier for your budget and role.

Conscript Loadout — $225

The Conscript Loadout is our entry-level complete kit, built around an EMR Uniform "Summer," a Belt "Eagle," a Chest Rig "Bilan," Gloves "Rule," and an embroidered patch. It's a straightforward, budget-friendly way to get a matched uniform and rig without shopping piece by piece. Boots are not included.

Razvedchik Loadout — $264

The Razvedchik Loadout (Russian for "scout") steps up to a Scout Uniform "Partizan," Chest Rig "Smersh," Fingerless Gloves "Rule," and a Black Balaclava "Fleece" — a lighter, scout-oriented set for players who want a recon-style look without the added bulk of body armor. Boots are not included.

Contractor Loadout — $504

The Contractor Loadout is our most complete bundle, including a Uniform "Gorka 3," Plate Carrier "Defender 2," Rig "Bilan," Balaclava "Fleece," and a Helmet "Altyn." This is the tier to pick if you want a full head-to-toe setup — uniform, armor, rig, and helmet — in a single order. Boots are not included here either.

Which One Should You Get?

If you're new to airsoft or milsim and want a simple, coordinated uniform-and-rig combo, start with Conscript. If you want a scout/recon look with less bulk, Razvedchik is the better fit. If you want the complete package — armor, helmet, uniform, and rig together — Contractor is built for that. Whichever tier you choose, remember boots aren't included in any of the three, so check our boots options separately, or browse everything in Loadouts.

All Russ Tactical gear is replica equipment designed for airsoft, milsim, and collecting — not rated for ballistic or impact protection.
